Dear Reader,
Welcome to Komati News Flash, a platform built with you, for you.
This is more than just a news site. It is a space where the voices of Komati and surrounding coal-belt communities are heard, respected, and amplified. Too often, stories from our communities are overlooked or misunderstood. We are here to change that.
As our region continues to navigate the realities of the Just Energy Transition, we believe that access to clear, relevant, and relatable information is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Our mission is to bridge that information gap by sharing real stories, lived experiences, and meaningful conversations that reflect what is happening on the ground.
We are committed to telling stories that matter, stories of resilience, change, challenges, and hope. Whether it’s about jobs, the environment, local development, or everyday life, Komati News Flash aims to keep you informed and connected.
This is your platform. Your stories matter. Your voice matters. We also invite you to engage with us, share your stories, feedback, and community updates at newsdesk@komatinewsflash.co.za.
Additionally, Komati News Flash is proud to support and promote local economic growth by offering advertising opportunities for small and local businesses. If you are a business owner looking to reach your customers, Komati News Flash offers advertising opportunities to help you connect directly with your community.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
Warm regards,
